Our pension is located in Maria Alm, a picture-book village at the foot of the 'Sea of Stone' mountain range. Although we are right in the center of the village, our pension promises our guests a quiet and peaceful stay since we are located on a street where traffic is restricted. Maria Alm offers visitors a range of shops, bars, and restaurants, all of which are just a short walk away from our pension.

For all guests there are many parking spaces directly by our pension. In our pension we also have a heated ski-rack where our guests may store their ski equipment and boots. And our cozy and homey recreation and television room, which is heated with a rustic tile oven, is a great place to relax and meet other guests any time of the year.
 

We also have three double rooms. All double rooms have a shower and WC as well as cable TV. Two of the roomy doubles can be used as triples, and each has a small foyer with a refrigerator as well as a sunny balcony. Our breakfast service will please both the early risers and those who like to sleep late because we are very flexible with our hearty breakfast service.

We offer a roomy and cozy apartment for 2-4 people, which has one bedroom, a large living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. The living room can also be used as a bedroom for 2 people. This apartment has a shower and WC (separate rooms), two sunny balconies, and cable TV (with several international channels). Guests are also provided with both bed-sheets and towels.

For summer guests, Maria Alm offers an expansive network of trails that are sure to please everyone: from mountain hikers, climbers and bikers. Some of the most popular routes even begin right near our house. We will be happy to share suggestions and tips and to help you select the best hiking trails and bike paths from the many possible choices. Because of our central location, you can leave your car at our place and still easily reach some of the other local attractions, such as the golf course, tennis courts, or the local swimming park - a favorite with the kids.

The Natrun ski-lifts of Maria Alm are only roughly 100 m away from the pension and the free ski-bus, which provides transportation to the many ski-slopes in the Schischaukel Hochkönigs Bergreich ski region (Including resorts of Aberg, Hintermoos, Hinterthal, Dienten, Mühlbach), is a mere 5 minute walk away. Cross country skiers will not be disappointed either! The many cross country tracks are close by and offer connections to the Pinzgauer Loipennetz (track network).
